as we are called to navigate this unprecedented, sacred time together.

Personally, I don’t believe in ‘social distancing’.
That sounds like social engineering to me… and I’m NOT buying into that.
Physical distancing may be vital atm, BUT we require social connection more than ever.
How blessed are we that we can all still connect with each other albeit virtually!!
AND as for all the fear-mongering that is rampant currently
let’s remember that Apocalypse means THE GREAT UNVEILING 😉
Many people are now waking up to realise this shift has been coming
for a long time and is sacred and required for us to heal and grow and prosper.
And yes, while there may be loss and tragedy and uncertainty,
there will also be NEW possibility, opportunity and progress possible.
It’s natural to feel the HUMANITY of our emotions that may be in chaos
‘I feel like i’m over-reacting and under-reacting all at once!’
But we are not limited to our humanity…
we are eternal divine Souls having a human experience.
WE can TRANSFORM any FEAR into FAITH through FOCUS
We know that fear and stress inhibit our immune system and our IQ…
We also know that feeling gratitude and noticing beauty floods our bodies
with healthy hormones and pharmaceuticals—
chemicals that our body makes that are health giving!
Simply by what we choose to focus on can enhance or repress our life force.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you fear contracting the virus consider this:
‘The perception of our environment is responsible for our body’s health 90%.
If you believe you will get sick, your mind will coordinate your cells to make it true.
People can change their perceptions and thus change their health.
When you tell people they are victims their power is diminished.
The work is to help people change their perceptions so they can change their outcome.’

to be auctioned off and the funds donated to local families in need.
There is OPPORTUNITY within EVERY condition no matter how challenging!
What you seek you will always find; what are you looking for ..?
Look for BEAUTY, GOODNESS and POSSIBILITY and you will find it everywhere…

U of T closed down as we were expecting, so my boys are all home!
