Hello dear ones,
How are you in all of this..?
I personally have been painting, hiking, dancing, cooking for my 3 guys and praying alot.
and thinking of YOU.
If i had to sum up my thoughts today it is to take your power back!
The fear and uncertainty that people are feeling is heavy and thick
but my message to us all is that we are beyond any virus or system ever in existence.
From a post on FB:
DO NOT GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY
I am personally NOT AFRAID
not of a new world order
not of martial law
not of 5G
not of vaccines
not of microchips
YES I am keeping my eyes WIDE open to the agendas,
but staying centered in my heart to what may rise in our near future.
As best I can.
Fear, be it mainstream
or woke ass fear
is still FEAR.
Fear stimulates the reptilian brain’s survival instincts,
releasing hormones into the body that keep us in our lower instincts.
And causing acidity in the body, lowering the immune response at that.
Rise above.
Take your power back!

CHANT
PRAY
MEDITATE
JOURNAL
CRY
JUMP
SHAKE
PAINT
COLD DIPS
HOT SALT WATER BATHS
SUNLIGHT
SOIL, EARTH
BREATH OF FIRE
Do absolutely everything in your power to harness your limbic system (emotions) into fearlessness,
or at least clear, centered CALM.
Need help, reach out to me and people in the community.
I believe there will ALWAYS be a way for us to adapt and evolve.
We WILL find the loops holes.

hi magdalena, i don’t have all the answers, often more questions… question everything. a master once said about miracles ‘and you shall do even greater things than these.’ we are not victims, we are powerful co-creators with the Divine. surrounding myself with people and creating a life that reminds me of that daily through my art, rituals, mediation etc helps me. what grounds you and restores your faith when you are afraid?
