On 20.10.2010 Earth Empress was born!

Every labour of love is a beautiful thing to behold…and not without some blood, sweat and tears. For me it has been a very liberating and painful process…to break out of my cocoon and learn how to open my wings and fly…the learning curve is dizzying, yet exhillarating.  What has made it so difficult for me is a near phobic level of fear around technology.  The people stuff is the juice that makes it all worthwhile.  I am embracing the challenges.  Having a team and network of support has made all the difference.  My husband Tsegi (pronounced See Guy) has been my unfailing, unflinching, unbelievably loving and solid ROCK !  And, our children are the wind beneath my wings- they love and support me no matter what with about a hundred hugs and kisses and smiles a day, everyday.

And, my incredible designer Amy De Wolfe who created this beautiful site plus the look of my book Naked Beauty, has been my sounding board for ideas, My Board of Directors, and business coach all in one, giving me the encouragement, help, assistance (there is a difference- help is when I can’t do it, ie I’m not ready, or I don’t know how, and assistance is when I just need some support of some sort- in our case it is usually business or technical) patience, friendship, and sisterhood.  And her wicked sense of humour delights my own!  Also, is my webmaster Jimmy G.  Wow, does he take care of me…And of course there are my all sisters whom have always cheered me on for 20 years: Deb, Carolyn, Margaret, Pam, Nisha and Lynda!

That is the EE team and circle of love so far!

I have been questing and investigating beauty for 20 years and have been gifted some of the most profoundly effective treatments, techniques and tools of how to enhance and maintain one’s natural beauty. Just like true, naked beauty this book is wholistic; for body, mind and soul.  It will boost your beauty as you blossom your beauty skills and goddess mojo.

LIFE IS A CIRCLE

Some of you know that I have been talking about this book for nearly 2 years already…it has gone through some major life changes of its own, and well, haven’t we all! There were times when I didn’t know if it would ever get finished between kids and work and life, but I always felt as one of my friends said after reading it that I was ‘destined to write this book’.

When you read my personal story and see the issues I have overcome,  you may agree it does feel amazingly ironic and full-circle for me to have actually written a book about beauty!

I believe life is a circle of healing, beauty and expansion. Naked Beauty is a reflection of all that and so much more.

It is filled with ALL my treasures, tips and techniques that I have discovered in my personal and professional life as an Aesthetician and avid student of beauty. I not only have cured my own cystic acne and healed health issues that were ruining my looks, I also healed the inner critic who had me believing that I wasn’t and never could be beautiful.
