I wasn’t prepared for this..and yet somehow I was ready…

My youngest son broke his collarbone again…same spot as 3 months ago…playing his beloved Ultimate Frisbee…just had to go for that epic layout!!

I felt so sad…

I didn’t know how to stop my stomach from sinking when I heard the doctor says it’s a bad break, much worse than last time…or how to comfort him while he tries to sleep sitting up because he can’t lie down; the pain is terrible, sharp, as the bone sticks out into his skin…or how to inspire humour and patience for what seems like forever again to a young galloping boy…

I don’t know how to do so many things…

I only know I will… because he’s my heart… and where my heart is broken I will ask for more love and more Light to come through the cracks…and I’ll command every cell to open wide and fill up with this love and Light as our team of Angels weave a soothing sphere of soft peach Light around Liam, infusing him with nourishing rest, relief and miraculous healing…(we all have this power) and my heart goes out to all parents with kids with special needs…

My husband Luke stayed up all night so I could get some sleep as I had a VIP client in town to work with me the next day…

Should I cancel….Liam said ‘of course not, Papa and Landon will take care of me’ and they sure did-

With my 3 guys, plus our team of invisible support from Source, I had no worries and was totally able to be present with my client for a full day.

There have been beautiful gifts in this…

Liam said that just before he did the epic layout in the Ultimate Frisbee game that he clearly heard a voice say ‘Don’t do it’…

Now he is reflecting on why he chose not to listen…and he feels he can connect to his intuition more now, and that he is inspired to listen deeper…he said he feels so grateful…

The support since Friday has been so strengthening for my family…and through this I was able to support my client (isn’t she an exquisite flower!), also a mom who returned home to her sweet son with an enhanced ability to listen deeply ♥

let yourself be beautiful

sexy transparency & my 15th honeymoon

I used to hide. I used to be invisable. I used to shun parts of me I didn’t want you to see.

Now more than ever, transparency inspires me on many levels…and is so sexy!

Our story is ours alone it must be authentic, aligned and inspiring to us to become our living Legacy.

Diagnosed this year with stage 4 lung cancer author Robert Rabbin is offering his entire life work for FREE. Any donation is greatly appreciated to help with medical expenses.

This weekend was my Anniversary!

You hear him in the next room turn on the stereo. He knows what get’s you in the mood.

You get into a steamy bath that is almost too hot but you enjoy the sensation on your skin.  On the surface are droplets of the oils you sprinkled in: rose and lavender and ylang ylang. You sink in to your chin and float away the day.

You slip out and into the silk robe he picked up for you on his travels.

You make your face simple; rosehip oil, a little pat of powder, a shine to your lips. Against your wrists and between your breasts you add neroli and jasmine oil.

You walk down the stairs to the music, the candles, the glasses, the plates, the pillows, the fire… and him.

I definitely like to keep it fresh and exciting ;D

Giving myself permission to be sensually beautiful and fulfilled is one of the gifts I give my relationship.

I haven’t always been able to live this way…if you have read Naked Beauty you know why I felt I was Queen of the Plain Jane’s, unworthy and unattractive…

I have since embraced my Shadow Goddess and discovered something magical about BEING BEAUTIFUL.

(Hint: it includes EVERYTHING, including ‘ugly’- in fact one can’t be truly beautiful if one can’t embrace our unbeautiful parts)
