I had such a deep and exquisite journey listening to the first call today. I was unable to make the live call. However, this worked out perfectly as I was able to take a luxurious three hours to listen, pause, journal, and reflect with the call. In preparation for the deep shifts I wanted to integrate while experiencing the call, I took a hot mustard bath and finished with a cold water rinse. Invigorating. As I was moisturizing this beautiful affirmation unfolded: "I am sweet perfection in the package I am in. Lovingly nurturing myself and tending to my desires amplifies my radiant essence. I shine my beautiful light in the world."

I signed up for the LBDM because I was delighted by your energy and presence when I listened to your Love Letter call. My desire is to be physically and emotionally transformed, to be in right relationship with myself and others. I have been a raw enthusiast for some time and hope the diet portion of the program will help me to find the right alignment of raw foods to optimize my nutrition and nourishment.

I had some wonderful insights into shaping my potential business during the heart exercise. I was most moved by the portion of the call where I was able to stand up and move around as the embodiment of my higher self. This was amazing, breathtaking for me. I have had resistance to this type of exercise before especially when I have tried to do it with other people. However, alone in my living room I felt deeply connected and passionately entwined with her and we moved with ease and grace together.

My intention for the LBDM: I am so happy and grateful that I am re-imagining myself as an adult woman - whole, ripe and feminine. I am enjoying loving and nourishing my goddess body and presenting myself with regal ease. I honor these transformations so that I can integrate all of myself into the present and experience fully my power and beauty.

I'll never forget a story my Mom told me a while ago...

When she was in her late teens her family moved to a new town and she had a new high school. She was taught by her own mother to dress with elegance, so her shoes and purse matched in colour and this made her feel pretty.

Well, it made her stand out in that new school and she received so many remarks from other women that put her down (translated from French, it meant that she thought she was better than everyone else and "playing the queen").

So she quickly learned to not stand out, and so taught her own daughters the same thing to protect us from the pain she experienced.

I recently donated most of my clothes (!) to match my iconic essence... a big example is trading in t-shirts for goddess tops that make me feel Divine!!! I couldn't agree more with what you shared on the call about really choosing every piece (clothing, accessory, essential oil, etc) with care, from your essence.

After I cleared everything I created a vortex of possibility for the Universe to help me fill, and I LOVE what I'm seeing! Everything now going in my closet, jewellery drawer, body care closet... is soooo yummy and ME! Just SEEING those items now lights me up! It's truly amazing...

I'm committed to up-levelling all of me!

shines, happy, sometimes moody, exotic, sometimes round and sometimes thin, far away,
desired destination, few go there and those that do never forget.

Exotic...unusual, rare, foreign, far off lands, rich, handmade, intriguing and new sights sounds
and tastes, adorned, belly dance, jewel colors, sensual, real jewels and gold and silver, spices,

and adorned, eastern princesses, slinky, artistic, horses running free.

Sensual...breezy, magical, silk, colors of amber aqua purple orchid berry burnt orange saffron,
fabrics that stretch and move, smooth, slow massage, warm water, snow flakes, wrapped dresses
tied with silk cord, pearls against bare skin, jade, amber, seductive, languid, never hurried,
romantic, deep, the sound in seashells, warm moist earth, sex.

I am happy and grateful now that...I am healthy, flexible, smaller, well formed, dressing in my fun sensual style, comfortable, relaxed and always exotic.

Dear Shakaya,

I have never done this before and was captivated by the experience. I took a blue pen and let it slide over the paper - very lightly so and then it took on a dynamic of its own and kept doodling and doodling. At first smaller and continuously coming over similar lines, which made it look in the end as if I had pressed onto the paper quite hard - but I haven't. It kept going and going. It felt like strings at first as if it was me being a harp... then it continued and it had a shape like a peanut for me... I was standing the whole time letting it flow and also sometimes closed my eyes. Then it changed directions and made different doodles. It went over the few words that I had written underneath (like power of gentleness. Royal Muse Shaman. Elevated, eternal, ethereal, embodied.) I kept doodling over it and seemed to circle over and over around the word Shaman, which - together with the words 'eternal, ethereal' - and 'power' was the only word still clearly visible. And I was surprised to remember that I had somehow completely left out my Shaman aspect of me while I was embodying my Royal Muse.

It's not that the Royal Muse is 'wrong' - this was just an emphasis for
BALANCE. And the whole image seems to be like a womb containing
a male figure holding a female figure - both holding between them the
creative divine child. It felt like the bigger figure is the Shaman holding
the Royal Muse, both holding the diving Creative Child... forever unborn
yet forever released. And all of it together seems like a pulsating heart.

Next to it some flower. I know there's more to it all, but these are the first impressions that came to me, and still come, while looking at it all. If you see more, I would love to hear it.

I am so happy and grateful now that...

I am honoring my feminine body and ethereal sensual beauty.
I am connecting with my deepest passion to enjoy this world.
I am being adored and cherished and cell-ebrated as a celebrity
with every one respecting my natural boundaries and only the one
who is anointed and appointed by me can touch it lovingly and 
carefully like a very precious delicate orchid.
