I thought today I would take you on my morning walk of beauty in the forest…
it’s my Realm… where I go everyday to drop into my body and listen to my Spirit.
No agenda or media… just receiving the sheer beauty and pleasure inside and all around me.
Isn’t Autumn is stunning with her turning, dancing leaves..?
Such a gorgeous morning ritual to start the day…
Today I am taking you with me!
TIP: Go first thing in the morning so the first light activates your hormones.
TIP: Don’t worry about the weather or your appearance… wear layers and just GO.
I barefoot all year round and even enjoy cold dips in the lake until it freezes.
Nothing feels more enlivening and grounding, simple and fresh- you’ll love it!

Currently my A.M rituals are very structured for now. Getting up earlier and earlier to fit in more meditation and yoga then starting my day which have been too long. I LOVED joining you on your nature walk, Shakaya. I’m curious about your bare feet, though. If it’s cold enough to wear a tuque or sweater, how can you go barefooted? Aren’t your feet greezing? Oops, that’s freezing.

It’s starting to get cold here in Ontario so I am wearing layers as you said and yes, my feet do get cold, especially in winter.
However, I am tuned in to my body and I have been barefooting for several years now and my feet have become acclimatized.
I always listen and sense, and I am care-ful- for example in snow there are times I can walk for hours and other times only for minutes.
My body is my guide.
I LOVE your SHINE steps! My morning stretch is yoga, I hydrate with lemon water, rinse well, they do a mouth cleanse with coconut oil for 10 mins, when i meditate. Then have a session of self pleasuring, then breakfast.Thanks you for sharing your morning ritual with us. And- I LOVE your Naked Beauty book.!!!!

thank you for sharing! I do love to be in nature and just ground and recieve her beauty. It is the most calming and healing environment. Being barefoot just adds to that depth on connection from soul to sole! Blessings sweet sister
