What I’ve noticed in working with women from around the world is that they can’t allow themselves to receive ME TIME, REST, HEALTHY BOUNDARIES, HELP etc etc because they feel guilty or unworthy.
I also noticed an OBVIOUS link between that and not being able to receive other things they wanted: HEALTH, PROSPERITY, OPPORTUNITY, LOVE, ABUNDANCE etc etc.

We require as women to LET GO of the outdated conditioning that holds us back from receiving everything we desire and deserve!
