You know I am a lover of barefooting in Nature all year round and I have written about the benefits of this grounding practice HERE in an article called BAREFOOT GODDESS, in case you missed it.
Recently I met a woman whom I’d seen on TV who is the creator of a barefoot shoe called BAREBOTTOMS.
I remember thinking when I saw that show that I had to meet her someday and here she was at the party!
Sue Kinney is the creatrix behind this innovative footwear.
It looks like you are wearing a shoe but… they are sole-less.
Once you discover the joy and freedom you experienced as a child when you were barefoot, you’ll want to do it more often.
I LOVE going barefoot and if you know me at all you know I’m either in high heels or nothing at all.
But the problem is going into stores barefoot…at least where I live in conservative Canada!
When I visited my girlfriend in SanFransisco California it seemed half the city went everywhere barefoot, but not so here and perhaps where you are.
So now there is a fun solution- Barebottoms 🙂
And they are as attractive as they are functional- you will love wearing them as I do!
