Night flights to venus and wearing day lilies in our hair as we make the beds…life is a fairytale.
My bed lately has been made in the morning sun with the song of birds serenading.
My husband pitched the tent and he and my boys play cards and we all talk about our Dreams, under the starry sky.
The natural world is so beautiful.
And beautifying.
Let’s drink in the beauty of this life everyday…it’s in the simple things, really.
The smile you gave someone today, the look in their eyes of surprise, the hugs and laughter, the green juice you shared with a friend, the candle you lit as you sat down to a meal.
It’s in the privilege of being a woman and having a body and moving it sensually, with pleasure.
I’ve been moving my body, feeling my strength, and I like it…
I’ve become far too sedentary and I’m balancing that with functional fitness, feminine flow movements, barefoot hikes, and targeted toning exercises to build strength.
(It was in my pleasure to design this outfit with large slits in the sides to inspire my workouts;-)
Besides stretching and hike, 5 mins a day is all it takes to stay sleek and strong and HOME in your body HERE.
And let’s not forget the Love Letter that is our Food…
We can allow in the goodness, pleasure and beauty that is wholly ours to enjoy.
Every bite and sip a skinny dip into revealing more potency, pleasure and what is actually possible.
I’ve been tending my little garden of fresh herbs, nettles and mint, and foraging wild edibles like dandelion.
