I hope you had a glowing holiday and I’m so looking forward to sharing MAGIC with you this year!

I’ve had a slow & quiet start coming back…

This year I celebrated like never before!

I allowed myself to be extravagant in every way possible.

We entertained over Christmas, then me and my guys went away for a joyous winter escape together.

Our eldest son turned 16 the day after New Year’s (how did that happen!? 🙂 

And then I did something a little unexpected…

I went on a full-on Silence Retreat.

I was drawn into deep silence and meditation and didn’t speak for 7 days…

We all felt touched by the experience…my family may not always understand me but I think they secretly enjoy living with a feminine “Free Spirit”.

Insights and ideas filled pages of my journal, and my body and Spirit were nourished with Divine elixirs (see my Green Radiance below), and pure light-filled food.

It wasn’t about deprivation- but Inspiration…

I felt LUXURIOUS to be enveloped in beautiful pure thoughts and a glorious upliftment of my energy.

My husband has been so inspired since my return~ he’s actually been meditating with me daily and gifting me massages just to be near me ;D

It was an amazing experience to cacoon in a pure space of re-connection with my Spirit.

I’m coming to you now from that expansiveness for a FRESH NEW START with limitless potential and wild beauty.

So much is coming through me right now and I can’t wait to share it with YOU.

A Date with Yourself

Immersed as we are in constant sound and stimuli, silence is more valuable now than ever.

We often rush to fill up silence, and yet only in silence can we hear the voice of our own heart.

Silence is a sacred sister who welcomes all your fears

and doubts, and gently soothes them so you can feel

strong and centered again. Cultivating silence in your

life need not be formal or boring. It can become a

welcomed habit of creating quiet moments to enjoy some

catch-up time with yourself, and savor the sweetness in your life.

I create special little moments all the time,

which I call ‘A Date with Myself’.

My gorgeous girlfriend who looks like Brigitte Bardot, has perfected the art of silence in what she calls her ‘Idle Time’.

This means taking time out for yourself:

*to daydream

*journal your goals and intentions and plans

*enjoy a juicy novel

*go for a beauty walk

*lounge on the hammock

*or simply relax enjoying a cup of juice or herbal tea in the arms of your favorite chair, while staring out the window watching clouds float across the sky…

I consider this downtime very VALUABLE for women.

Silence…Rest…Peace…we require this infusion of rejuvenation~ never feel guilty for giving yourself what’s so good for YOU. 

Green Radiance

I call this smoothie Green Radiance because it fills you with clean pure energy that will give you GLOW:

2 C water

2 C parsley

2 C cucumber or celery chopped

2 C spinach, romaine or kale

2 C mango

2 bananas
