Being vulnerable is very powerful, ironically.
It requires a certain amount of trust and safety.
Feeling safe is less about what others think or how they will react…it’s an inside job.
The more we source our value from who we are, as we are, the more safety we can create for ourselves.
And the more we authentically share from this space, the more self-trust and safety we experience = the deeper we can travel within and then share.
It makes you feel beautiful, and that makes you want to be more visable- a beautiful cycle!
I LOVE nudging into my edges more and more and sharing from this space with you HERE.
Hold all parts of yourself as sacred, embracing it all will make you feel BEAUTIFUL, ALIVE, AUTHENTIC and CONNECTED.
Vulnerability is a self-blessing tree…revealing more of your beauty, truth and power.
It creates a solid ground for us to share ourselves with a feeling of safety and it also creates connection with others.
It creates grace.
This week I invite you to share yourself as vulnerably as you can with at least one other person in your life.
To allow yourself to be more visable and seen,
Then share it with me in the comments below!
with grace,
ps HAPPY THANKSGIVING to my Canadian Sisters Xxo

The emphasis on the naked body oversees the spiritual I.e. If body is damaged or one is a nun spirit still shines why the emphasis on a miley Cyrus semi naked vid, so much cultural emphasis on flesh over content…thank you for allowing our thoughts on this..felt like we were peeking in someone’s privacy bThroom…your general message is too lovely…thanks.

Hi Shakaya, what a lovely post. I am planning to make the pumpkin pie for Bonfire night (thats our british holiday – guy fawkes night) and I wondered do any of the nuts need soaking apart from the cashews you mention in the filling?
The nuts in the crust do not need to be soaked, enjoy!
