One of the most empowering things we can do is hold a beautiful vision of ourselves and our life…then the Universe seduces Heaven and Earth to make it happen!

This year I set an intention to get out from behind the computer and attend LIVE events with other high-impact women, and to work with clients in person. My recent trip to CA was an opportunity to do both!

I know you have a Dream…and I believe that whatever it is, it’s waiting for you to rise up and claim it!

But so many women are afraid to reach for help! A client I’m coaching recently felt she couldn’t celebrate her success because ‘I had helped her and she didn’t accomplish it by herself’…

…what a powerful reframe it was for my client to realise that successful women believe their dreams are worthy of support, and it’s to her credit that she did what it took to get the assistance she needed to get unstuck and powerfully move into action!

(with new friends who joined me for lunch and couldn’t believe all the food I was eating- actually, I had the chef prepare me a special raw plate each day, and then I also helped myself to salad from the buffet to take to my room for a quiet dinner while calling my family before meeting with friends at the restaraunt for tea later)

My client was ecstatic to celebrate her progress after that!

If only we all had our own cheering section…most of us have only the critics who live in our head…

(a big tip for having high energy all day while travelling is to only eat fruit and high water content foods for breakfast)
