Hi Shakaya,
First I’d like to tell you how much I love what you do. Each time I see something from Earth Empress in my inbox, I can’t wait to open it. I also love your videos! Hope you continue making them.
Im a mother to a 2 year old beautiful girl and a 2 month old sweet baby boy. He was born with chronic health problems and requires special care. I’m so busy taking care of everyone and everything else that I forget to take care of me. Now more than ever I feel the call to take care of myself so that I can be my best for me and my family.
I have held a vision of a healthy, fit, beautiful, confident, women, for years. I haven’t dared to step into that vision. Ive made attempts for sure but for one reason or another I dont continue. I’ve had experiences of others critizing me for eating raw, for going to the gym, for wanting to look nice, etc.. I then begin to feel as if my choices make others uncomfortable, which makes me feel uncomfortable, I then shrink back and put my desires on the back burner. I’m tired of this cycle and wish to break free.
I would love to eat mostly raw, healthful foods. I want to be fit and conquer my food cravings/emotional eating once and for all. I want to feel more feminine and really step into the vision I see for myself and feel confident doing so. Ive always wanted to dress in clothing that was beautiful and made me feel good and take excellent care of my skin and hair. I just never felt worthy of pampering and “beautifying” myself. Even as a very young women I felt it was vain to look pretty or that people would think I’m seeking to draw attention to myself. (on a side note; your clothes are GOURGEOUS, love, love, love your sense of style!). These are just a few of my goals. Thank you Shakaya for allowing your inner and outer beauty to shine forth and providing a space for others to share their dreams. Your an inspiration!
Denae
@Denae:
Hello Denae,
Thank you for sharing your gratitude with me- it is women like YOU who inspire me to share what I do!
Your family sounds beautiful…how blessed you are and they to have you.
I think many women could relate to you and I understand intimately the feelings you have had about feeling a desire for beauty is vain and stepping into your living VISION of yourself could trigger others…I too have often dimmed my light so as to not outshine others…until I learned my light is uniquely meant to shine, as all of ours is, and it is ours to cherish not dim.
Does the Rose say, ‘I musn’t alllow my scent because sister Tulip might feel bad..?’ We all have unique beauty.
How do you wish to walk through this one wild precious life of yours?
What is the legacy you wish to leave your children, the message of your life to them? To hide their light? To not take exquisite care of themselves?
Feed your fire Denae! Live your beauty.
Your children need this. You need this. It is what you are here for. Yes, it takes creativity and committment to find our way to flow with all the sacred tasks in our day…it’s part of the dance, and our unique way of unfolding is the music.
I am taking your dreams into the equinox with me, with joy!
Hi Shakaya,
What is important to me is to regain my health. I’m on disability for nearly 5 years now. Complex issues, RSDS, etc. Also wish to improve my finances, relationships, etc. That said, I appreciate all my blessings and they are many. Life is good!
You are such an inspiration. I always look forward to your posts.
Many Blessings.
Liliane
Empress Liliane,
Thank you for being here and sharing a bit about yourself with me. Reclaiming health is your birthright, and the root of my work in the world. I don’t know much about RSDS other than how painful and complex it is and that the sympathetic nervous system is over stimulated.
Most of us are manifesting symptoms from this and The Beauty Cleanse was created as an antidote to help women prioritize their relaxation and rest, so I hope that you are learning ways that help you sink into that rich healing.
I will take your dreams into the equinox celebration with me!
