I look at creating amazing empress nourishment whether in business or in the kitchen the playful blend of my intention and essence…it’s kinda like sprinkling fresh, emerald strands of spicy mint on your watermelon, perhaps with a dash of salt, for beauty and fun!

Recently, I was asked to write the forward to the new release of a book by my new favorite author Robert Rabbin, called Speak Truthfully. It’s RAW food for the soul!
Writing it was such a thrill and an honour- a dream come true! I actually sleep with this book under my pillow…
But afterwards, I felt I wanted to do something MORE and DIFFERENT.
