As I return from an impromtu getaway to the caribbean with my family

I am about to gift myself a year end ritual that I look forward to every year!

Before all the planning and intentions for the new year…

WHAT IF  you could close 2016 in a way that allows you to receive more of it’s hidden meaning and gifts?

Imagine then taking those gifts into the new year with you!

So often we’re on automatic pilot rushing from one thing to the next

without fully receiving the gifts and growth, 

missing out on SO much expansion and fulfillment.

This is especially important when we are going through a challenging time…

or when we aren’t FEELING good or grateful…

or when we want to RECEIVE more of our heart’s desires!

A beautiful end of the year ritual is to

pour yourself a cup of herbal tea, 

put on some music that gets you in the mood,

light a candle,

have a diffuser going with a sensual blend of essential oils,

and with a cozy throw and your favorite pen and journal, 

revisit this past year and take a moment right now to reflect and receive…
