    travelling raw

Hello Doves, I’m back from California!

It was a wonderful time away with my client for her rejuvenation Detox, then off to another part of The Bay Area for the training…everything went smooth as silk ;-)

meeting my client at the airport, both wearing our vibrams ;-)

I’ll share some tips about travelling raw no matter where you go.

tip #1 ask your client or friend meet you at the airport if possible

tip #2 travel light with a handbag and 1 carry on (believe it or not I had 5 pairs of shoes, 3 handbags, accessories and 8 outfits for a week that included hiking, swimming, business and evening galas!)

tip #3 drink only water during your flight to stay hydrated

tip #4 take spirulina/chlorella tablets for portable nutrition and radiation protection

tip #5 go straight to the ocean, forest or park asap, take off your shoes, get grounded

tip #6 improve the air quality of wherever you are staying with pure essential oils; my friend has a beautiful big eucalyptus tree right outside her front door! I’m waking up to their fresh scent (yes, I slept with them blissfully beside my pillow for exotic dreams)

tip #7  have Fire water and fresh fruit for breakfast. my client had orange and lime trees growing in her backyard- perfect for our rejuvenation program I led!

tip #8 pack at least one outfit for chilly, wet weather so you can enjoy every moment!

tip #9 head to some green space everyday! and wear comfy shoes- we walked from 8am until 7pm the first day…

and another 12 hours the next day.

tip #10 barefooting. The third day was warm and dry so the vibrams came off and we hiked barefoot.

tip # 11 but do wear a hat if you are out all day in the sun so you don’t burn your flower-face like I did :(

tip #12 share secrets with a magnificent tree…and remember it takes time to grow…

tip #13 create spaciousness in your trip to stop and smell the flowers along the way

tip #14 eat raw all day long for high energy and stamina! I created a rejuvenation detox that was easy for my client to follow without any deprivation that included juices and smoothies, fresh fruit and veggies, seaweeds and a few supplements that was easy and enjoyable! tip #15 take the magical raw road travelling…it is a beauty path about remembering each step you take is blessed and there is only abundance for you to savor.
